HOW LONG IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Most orders ship within 7 daysWe're closed on the weekends. Sometimes, we face delays due to discount sales & inventory that can take up to 14 days. If there's an item that's not in stock we'll reach out ASAP. We ship our items via USPS. Edits/changes to orders must be submitted within 1 hours after purchasing

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer exchanges on US orders within 3 days of receiving the item. The return/reship postage must be paid by you. Once we receive the returned item(s) we'll reship the new items within 7 days. Edits/changes to orders must be submitted within 1 hours after purchasing. BonBabe Clothing cannot cancel an order after 12 hours of purchasing. We charge a 25% restocking fee on orders wanting a refund. Orders that have requested a refund within 12 hours will be fully refunded.  After 12 hours our order list has been sent to production & orders are not allowed a refund or exchange. Our products are sourced & made in limited quantity. If your merchandise has a significant damage please return within 7 days of receiving your original order. We thoroughly check out products before/after production to make sure items are not defective. We will fix or replace a new one; dependent on stock status, and will ship replacement item to original delivery address. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

If your tracking information has not updated in 12 consecutive days we'll reship your item within 7 business days. The USPS is very reliable, but they make mistakes - especially due to COVID-19. If your order has not arrived within 7-10 business days of your estimated delivery day we'll resend your order within 7 business days. . 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

Sorry you have received a faulty item! Please contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number. This number will be located in your confirmation email. Faulty items will be analyzed by one of our team members. If we confirm a faulty item, we'll ship out another in the same size/color free of charge.

ITEM SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT NOT THERE?

Bon Babe Clothing uses USPS tracking closely to monitor shipped packages. We’ve faced customer fraud multiple times, so this tracking info in vital to confirm the completion of delivery. If the package shows delivered it your duty as the customer to contact the USPS to put an order claim. Before calling please contact your roommates/neighbors to see if they have the package.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please contact us via email for instructions (contact@bonbabeclothing.com)'
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel.
